  • 1 – 100 Count Pack 3” x 5” Plain White Index Cards
  • 3 – 100 Count Packs of ”3 x 5” Colored Lined Index Cards
  • 5 – 7 Composition Books
  • 3-Ring Binder to store hand-outs
  • Rubber Bands to hold 50 cards
  • Pencils & Colored Pencils, Pens & Erasers

Call and set up an Enrollment Interview Today:
  • Students must be of good character. Parents must sign an affidavit to that effect.
  • Students must sign a Performance Contract:
      – I will live the standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as set forth in the pamphlet, For the Strength of Youth.

      – I will do my homework, and use the learning strategies I am taught.
