OPENING EXERCISES I
Students engage in this course every day of the academic year.
It outlines the Daily Devotional consisting of a Song, Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, and the Exercises.
The EXERCISES are 30 physical and mental activities that integrate the brain and have been
scientifically proven to improve mental and physical performance.
OPENING EXERCISES I is the only course that will be available in the 2021-2022 Academic Year as it will be the FIRST Opening Exercises Class for all students.
OPENING EXERCISES II – X will come along, one a year until the series is complete.
