This course contains warming-up to the Rebounder, very important, 33 Weeks of work-outs- and then, KEEP REBOUNDING!
Requires purchase of a decent rebounder. We suggest: Rebound-air or Reboundair, developed by a team of engineers under the direction of Al Carter at BYU.
Cheap rebounders can do more damage than good, so beware that you get one that is engineered properly.
